Once again we’re going through a big energy clearing cycle and having our past (going back to September 1997) served up to us as the main course in life’s buffet. Why do we have to go through the same things again and again?  Because each time we see a situation it’s from a new angle and a different perspective, or at least that’s the purpose of the repeating cycles. And it’s happening so we can get clean our energetic house and get closure and completion so we can achieve congruence. Congruence is a state of energetic harmony, where everything flows forward with grace and ease and if you don’t have that then you’ll see the situation appear again until you do.

It’s time to clean our energetic house and do some heavy duty emotional purging so we are ready for the integration of new energies. Unless we are healed, whole, and complete with our past and all of its energy, when new energies come in they flow through the holes in our energy field that are there because of past pain, trauma, fears, regrets, and wounds. In fact, the new energies make these feel worse and that’s why some of our big energy shifts and downloads can precipitate equally big life crises. All energy gets lifted, not just the ‘good’ energy. And the more something is able to get our attention, the more we focus on it.

This is not about healing, it is about moving forward. We put too much focus on the healing process and not enough attention goes to that next step, where we put our healing into practice. The only way to know if we’re really healed, whole, and finished with something is to use what we have learned to take action. We need to try it out see how we do. But we’re afraid that we will get the same results as we did in the past, so we dive into another healing cycle, just to make sure we’re really healed. All that does is keep us on the healing merry-go-round. Taking action moves us up a level so we can have a new perspective and get complete with the situation in a new way so we can have another level of closure.

Closure doesn’t mean happy endings, another belief that we use to insist that our healing is not complete. We think that if we’re still feeling pain, we have more work to do and maybe we do, but at a new level of awareness. The only way to move to that level is to take some action and then assess our results. If we’re still feeling pain, then we need some more work but with a caveat – pain does not mean that the healing work isn’t finished, it means we need to get some more closure because we are not congruent, or in harmony with all aspects of that situation.

The opposite of pain is not being pain-free, it is congruence. Pain exists when there is dis-harmony, when the energy in our lives is not flowing freely. We are in pain when we cannot fit the pieces of our life together – we want something to work that doesn’t, we want to be happy in situations that don’t allow it, or we love someone who doesn’t love us in the same way. Harmony happens when there is congruence, when we have joy, fulfillment, well-being (which includes the energies of joy, peace, and love) and this comes with the inner work that leads to inner closure. How can we fill the empty holes that our pain creates? That is what leads to congruence.

Filling these empty spaces is the hard work that we have been doing for eons and in this lifetime in particular. This is what completes the 3D grids for ascension and as we do this in our lives, we also do it in thehole-1243311_640 earth’s energetic grid. That doesn’t mean that we’ll have a joyful outcome, it means that we will have closure, which isn’t always happy. Sometimes closure requires acceptance and release, sometimes it means we hear news that confirms our worst fears, but is a source of peace and closure. When we look for every outcome to be a happy one and all confirmation to be joyful, we limit our ability to have closure.

Our insistence on happy endings and ‘good’ outcomes keeps us stuck in healing cycles. Our toughest lesson, as I have written for years, is acceptance. This is being complete with someone’s choices, or a situation that we cannot change. It is also accepting our own limitations when it comes to healing, helping, and ‘whole-ing’ others. We often try to make them whole and complete so we can be healed, and it doesn’t work that way. This is a ‘self journey’ that we often try to make about someone else. Our congruence happens when we fill our own empty spaces, when we become congruent from the inside. Then we are healed and whole on the outside.

It is our focus on being congruent, not on healing, or wholeness, or trying to fix someone else that will create the joyful and joy-filled life that we yearn for. Instead of saying ‘I want to be happy’, set an intention for being congruent, so you can create a harmonious flow of energy that all fits and works together.   Every day, find a source of joy to focus on, it doesn’t matter how big or small it is, and that will help create the new level of awareness needed to transcend the pain. The day will come when we can have joyful and joy-filled events in our lives, without the pain and suffering and we can have congruence and harmony, and be in the flow of joy, all of the time. That is our personal heaven on earth and that is what we are here to create. This is our moment, let’s make it congruent.
