This equinox offers you an opportunity to breathe in and receive divine guidance. All that you need to do is go inside to your heart — your power place — and ask what it is you’re being guided to do next. This journey within is the in-breath, and is a nice break from the constant out-breath of doing, seeking, trying, and fixing.
The truth is that we are all flying around the sun, which is flying on the spiral of a galaxy, which is flying through space. We’re in constant motion. This equinox is a wake-up call, and a time-out. All that’s needed is a deep breath, and some relaxation to feel your connection to your higher self and to the divine.
